Terms of Service

TruthTickTerminal ("we", "us") operates a web-based charting and analysis tool for prediction-market data sourced from Polymarket. By creating an account or paying for a subscription you agree to these Terms.

We display historical and live trade data, price candles, and analytical tools. Data comes from public Polymarket APIs and third-party sources. We do not place trades, hold funds, or broker transactions. Nothing on this site is financial advice.

You must provide a working email address. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Paid plans (currently "Pro" at $19.99 per month) are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.

Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Continued use after a price change means you accept the new price.

Don't scrape the site, resell our data, attempt to break our anti-abuse systems, or use the service for anything illegal. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without refund.

Market data is provided on a best-effort basis. We don't guarantee accuracy, completeness, or uptime. Polymarket and its APIs are third-party services we don't control. Trading decisions you make using this tool are your responsibility — we are not liable for losses, missed opportunities, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service.

The site interface, design, and code are ours. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the service for the duration of your subscription. The market data itself is sourced from public APIs and remains the property of its respective owners.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
